6. Contact Form and FormSubmit
Our website currently uses FormSubmit to process contact-form submissions. When you submit the form, the information entered in the form is transmitted through FormSubmit so that it can be delivered to JNH Safety by email.
FormSubmit states in its current documentation that form submissions may be retained in its submission archive for 30 days. FormSubmit is an independent service provider and may update its own practices and documentation from time to time.
For that reason, please use the contact form only for ordinary business inquiries and avoid including sensitive or confidential information.
7. Google Analytics and Site Kit
We use Google Site Kit and may use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and performance. Google Analytics may collect information such as the number of users, session statistics, approximate geolocation, browser and device information, and a pseudonymous client identifier stored in a first-party cookie such as _ga, depending on consent and configuration.
We use analytics information to understand aggregate website performance and improve the website and our services.
