Training requirements are not one-size-fits-all.

Requirements can vary by jurisdiction, industry, work activity, equipment, and the employer's own procedures. JNH helps identify whether your team needs general awareness, workplace-specific instruction, practical competency development, or training delivered through an approved provider.

Certification & Regulated Training

Clear About What Requires Approval

Some programs are subject to specific provincial approval, provider, instructor, or certification requirements. JNH will only represent a program as approved or certification-based when the applicable authorization is in place.

Working at Heights — Ontario Construction

For workers on Ontario construction projects who are required to use fall protection, the mandatory Working at Heights program must be delivered by a Chief Prevention Officer-approved provider using an approved program.

Contact JNH to confirm current delivery options and approved-provider availability.

Workplace First Aid & CPR

Workplace first aid programs may be subject to provider and program requirements. JNH confirms the applicable delivery and certification pathway before a course is booked or represented as workplace-compliant.

Real Operational Experience

Training shaped by experience in military, industrial, manufacturing, mining, and field environments.

Practical & Scenario-Based

Learning is connected to real tasks, hazards, decisions, and situations employees may actually face.

Workplace-Specific Support

Where appropriate, training can be aligned with your procedures, equipment, hazards, roles, and operational context.

Flexible Delivery

Programs can be structured as on-site training, classroom sessions, workshops, or blended learning where appropriate.
